MBU Wear manufactures clothing for brands and businesses that need garments made to their own specification. We produce outerwear, jersey, shirts, bottoms, sportswear, workwear, and fully custom styles, and we supply them on a wholesale and private-label basis.
This website is a catalogue of what we can make. It is not an online shop. Prices, quantities, sampling, and timing are discussed directly for each project.
We work with clothing brands, fashion retailers, independent shop owners, wholesalers, distributors, start-ups, and private-label businesses trading in the United Kingdom.
Manufacturing
We can manufacture jackets and winter jackets, hoodies and sweatshirts, T-shirts and polo shirts, formal and casual shirts, trousers, joggers and tracksuits, sportswear and gym wear, workwear and uniforms, and other clothing developed from a client brief.
If you need a garment that does not sit neatly in one category, send the design or a reference and we will tell you how we would approach it.
Custom design
You can share a finished design, a technical sketch, a reference garment, or a description of what you want to sell. We use that brief to discuss construction, fit, and the details that matter for your market.
Design support is a conversation about your product. It is not an automated design service, and the final specification is confirmed with you before production is agreed.
Fabrics and materials
Fabric and trims are chosen for the garment and the market it is intended for. Depending on the style, projects may use cotton, fleece, French terry, jersey, woven shirting, nylon, polyester, blends, and the trims you specify.
If you have a preferred cloth, mill, or performance requirement, include it in your enquiry.
Branding and private label
Private-label production can include your brand name, woven or printed labels, embroidery, heat-applied marks, and other branding agreed for the style. Tell us how the garment should be presented and we will confirm what is practical for that product.
Quality control
Quality checks are agreed as part of the project. Samples can be reviewed against your design, fabric, sizing, colour, and branding before bulk production is confirmed. Finished garments are then checked against the specification we have agreed with you.
